The 6th of April 2012 - The JPP Family Tree Site is announced on the Facebook JPP site and on the myFamily JPP site.
There are now over 3.100 visits to the site since it was launched over one year ago! Visitors have come from all over Canada and the U.S. plus visitors from all around the world!
A google or yahoo search of "John Peter Pruden" now includes a link to this site, at or near the top of the search results. :)

Help Wanted - Did JPP have a Daughter Margaret? - 8th June 2012
Who died in the Rocky Mountains?
JPP's daughter and the first wife of John Edward Harriott, wandered off into a snow storm and was never found. Common records now name her as Margaret. But is this correct?
Did JPP have a daughter Margaret?
Was this an error that has been repeated in the telling of the story?
Records point to JEH's wife's name as Elizabeth, not Margaret.
